WHALE WATCHING CHARTERS IN & AROUND PRINCE RUPERT
Although we are known mainly for our fishing trips, we realize that not everyone is a fanatical angler. If sightseeing, cruising, whale watching, or just traveling the inside passage is you're desire, we can make it happen. Orcas or Killer Whales can usually be seen in May and June and we can arrange a trip built around viewing these intelligent creatures as they search for salmon in and around the many islands and inlets in our area. If you want to see giant Humpback Whale these behemoths abound in great numbers in our area from August to October.

ECO TOURS

If just cruising and taking in the beauty of the North is you're wish, we can take you down picturesque Grenville Channel and show you the unspoiled areas of B.C. where few except the cruise ship passengers go. The only difference is, we experience the scenery by staying in the bays and lagoons, that the cruise ships can only by-pass. While overnighting in these sheltered spots we can catch crab and shrimp to feast on, and in one particular inlet view bears catching salmon on a waterfall as it cascades into the ocean. These Eco Type tours can be custom made to suit you're vacation schedule.

SALTWATER FISHING CHARTERS
Four day saltwater fishing trips start from Prince Rupert in the early morning with a leisurely 3-4 hour cruise to the fishing grounds depending on the area to be fished. Fishing usually starts around lunchtime and continues into the evening. Day 2 and 3 are usually long days of 10 to 14 hrs with short breaks for lunch and slow bite periods. The days always end with a gourmet meal and lots of good stories. Day 4 starts out early with concentrated fishing effort to round out you're catch. If take home crab is desired this is done on day four instead of fishing, as it takes time to set, pull and cook the crabs.

FRESHWATER FISHING CHARTERS
A minimum of 5 days is required for freshwater fishing trips. All river trips, except combination ocean and river trips, originate out of Kitimat, BC. We start doing river trips in August and continue into October. River trips consist of 6 or 7 hours fishing on the river, depending on high tides. The rest of the time can be spent crabbing, prawning, or fishing for sole and other bottom dwellers. Combination trips are a minimum of 8 days in duration and either originates in Prince Rupert and end in Kitimat, or vise versa. Combination trips consist of both salmon and halibut ocean fishing and salmon river fishing. Combo trips include two days of travel from one area to another through the inside passage, with a stop overnight in a sheltered cove where we fish for prawns and crab.
